I would like to find out if the printing widget has the functionality of printing the map with attachments of the selected feature/s.

Hi Jermina,
Unfortunately the ArcGIS Online WebAppBuilder's Print Widget is not capable of generating an output that contains any attachments from features in the map that is being printed. This widget is intended to export images of the map content to easily transportable file formats such as PDF, JPG, and many others. More information on the widget can be found in the below article.
