Incomplete Drawing of Image Service when Exporting to PDF

In ArcMap 10.2, some of my users are experiencing problems with portions of undrawn image service areas when exporting maps. This happens most frequently with PDFs, but sometimes shows up in the other export options. The image service draws completely in data and layout view. A MrSid mosaic doesn't have this problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.
