Legend for Image Services

Hello,

I am having issues with adding a legend for two image services in a web map application. When I use this example (Legend - toggle services | ArcGIS API for JavaScript ) and add my two image services as the layers displayed, the example still works and shows me the legend with the corresponding information about my two image services. When I try to use the same method of legend creation and pushing each layer to the legend in my application, no legend is displayed. Instead a message of "No Legend" is displayed in the div. I will attach my code below. If anyone could help me or point me in the right direction that would be great.
