Display time in popup title

Question

I'm using a related table in my collector map.  The map is used to record inspections of assets. The related records are sorted by creation date and I have the creation date as the title of my related record popup.

Is there any way to have the time displayed in the title?  I know how to display the time in the body of the popup but how do you do it for the title?

Turns out the field picks up the formatting defined in the popup contents.  Once I changed the field in the contents portion to show time, time was displayed in the title as well.
