Using an X y to create assignments in workforce

I have a feature layer in AGOL that has different an x field and y field I am trying to create assignments in workforce based on this. I am trying to use Juypter Notebooks on the chance that I am not available to run int from ArcGIS Pro or another item i can have someone else run it at the beginning of the Month. Does anyone know of a way to create assignments using an x field and a y field in Workforce using Juypter notebooks
