Looping hosted video in Story Map

I have an MP4 video that is currently hosted on our own ArcGIS Server. I can load that into a Story Map no problem, but the user has to hit the play button to watch it, which I'm not a huge fan of.

Is there a way I can get my hosted video to play on a loop in the background of my Story Map (Cascade)?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, if you put the video up on vimeo there controls to loop and autostart. You can then just embed the vimeo video.
