Annotation Rotation help

I have a Data driven page mxd and I have (labels in an annotation FC in an SDE database) for point features. The DDP rotates along the route and thus the lables are rotated. I need to have the labels horizontal always. I have no idea what setting I need to use to make the labels not rotate. Can someone advise?
