WebApp URL Parameter : token

Hi

I want to use WebApp "token" URL Parameter to get an automatic login to a non public app.

Use URL parameters—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Is the token related to an ArcGIS online user ? if it is, how can i generate it ? if it's not, how should i manage this token ?
