does anybody know the process for converting Datamine files (.DM) into ShapeFiles using ArcGIS Pro Ineroperability?
cant seem to find the correct reader in the FME workbench...

There isn't a DM reader in Data Interoperability, you might like to create an Idea at Safe's site:

Alternatively, if this site is correct you might create a Python tool to extract the data (struct module):
