Offline data draw perfomance

Hi,

I have noticed that draw performance with offline replicas can be very slow when the user is zoomed out to a more regional scale. We are working on better setup of services zoom scales but is there any other ways to improve the draw performance? There are feature classes the users want to see which draw very slow compared to our existing offline mobile cache (ArcGIS for Windows Mobile)
