Where are the MXML files associated with Flex Viewer?

Question

I've worked through the tutorials associated with configuring Flex mapping applications from scratch as well as how to configure the Flex Viewer.  The latter is mostly done by editing config.xml, but I would like to customize the Flex Viewer content a bit more.  Where can I locate the MXML that comprises all of the .swf files that build the Flex Viewer and it's widgets?  In the download there are no MXML files.
