Can Collector for GIS operate on Windows Mobile 6.5 ? I would like to install Collector in a TRIMBLE unit if possible.

Collector is only available for iOS, Android, and Windows 10 computers and tablets. You can use GPS devices with Collector as long as they meet the criteria listed here:
