Is there a bug reported on the My Location widget where it's not zooming to the scale defined in the settings for the widget?
I'm noticed it has started occurring in my web applications, and even on newly created web app builder apps.

It's a known bug newly introduced in recent release. The fix will be in December update. Sorry for the trouble.
