Search widget multiple sources with menu groups

Question

Is there any way to combine source menu groups with Search widget? It looks like each source item will always be displayed with 'Search' widget menu.

I want to define two menu groups with Search widget - Address and Layers. When address is selected then perform address search to multiple geocoding services I define as source. When layer is selected then perform feature search to multiple feature layers.

For layers, we can't configure multiple feature layers with single menu item.

you can set two search widgets (address and layers search)

having the one visible false according to the user option.
