Can I do any real time data maps on ArcOnline without a GeoEvent Server?

Question

Is it possible to use GPS real time data feeds from snowplow trucks in an ArcGIS Online map and Dashboard without the use of GeoEvent Server?

Hi Ryan Pettit‌,

You can add stream services in a Web Map or Scene, and soon you will be able to handle and process the real time data feeds in ArcGIS Online: ArcGIS Analytics for IoT | Map Your Internet of Things.

Currently you will need ArcGIS Enterprise and GeoEvent to accomplish the real time data processing. This Story Map goes into the requirements.
