Georeferencing Digital Globe imagery

Hi,

I am working with digital globe imagery which are already georeferenced but I have a problem aligning them to other images. Even images of the same scene from the digital globe imagery don't align. I need this because am digitizing from different images every time I add a new image there is a small shift. I don't have ground control points for my study area.
