Creation & Edit Tracking Date of a Feature Service layer from AGOL

I have created and shared a FS layer in ArcPro which now sits in my content in AGOL. I have added the Feature layer to an ArcPro project and I am able to make edits to that FS that show up in AGOL. In AGOL I have the settings for the Feature Layer set so that it keeps track of creations & edits. However in the Attribute table when I either edit or create a new one the data shows as 30/12/1899. Any suggestions on how to change the date to a more current date.
