Measure tool creates jagged lines

See picture.  At a certain scale, the measure tool creates jagged lines.  Does this affect the measure tool's accuracy?  How would I fix this for users?

Is this a known issue with the measure tool?

This is a resolution issue with the graphics display when zoomed in close, it does not affect the measurement, the clicked coorinates are used for the measure.

Thanks for your response.  It is good to know that the measurement is correct.  In order to fix the display, is this a known bug/issue which will get resolved with ArcGIS Explorer.  Do I need to submit this as an issue or user enhancement request?  The measure tool functionality is critical to our customers workflows.  Thanks!
