Attached pdf, jpg from attribute upload on AGOL

Question

Hi everyone,

I have a feature class that have a field that content hyperlink to document pdf, image file, email on my local drive. All hyperlinks work fine on my ArcGIS desktop 10.1. I published that feature class as a map service on AGOL organisation account. However, the hyperlinks don't work.

Basically, I'd like to be able to share those attached file securely on AGOL organisation account. Do you think it's possible?

Appreciate for any idea.

You have to put the files you want to hyperlink in a folder on a server outside the firewall of your organization. Then use this address to locate them. AGOL will not do local files as mentioned.
