I am wondering how long uploads persist for service items in ArcGIS Online? In the API reference for Uploads it states:
All uploaded items are subject to the cleanup interval set on the System directory by the server administrator.
Uploading items to append to, or update, feature services is handy but I'm wondering how long they persist for and if this setting can be changed?
Do these uploaded items count against the organization storage credit usage?
