Can you connect Arc Collector to a base station for survey grade data?

We have been using RTX corrections but we are looking for more accurate Z data. I heard the new version supports Z data but I'm not sure how to connect to a receiver and a base station or if it's even possible. We're using trimble products and the GNSS Status app and the newest version of collector on an IOS device.
