I downloaded the Collector for ArcGIS Windows app from the ESRI downloads page but when I open the install folder I don't see how to install the program?

I downloaded the Collector for ArcGIS from here:

Esri Accounts

and when i download the exe and run it the folder that is downloaded doesn't have a file to install the program on my computer. I am running a windows 10 computer. How do you install the app with this download option?
