ArcGISFileHelperLibEx.dll for ArcGIS 10.0

Hi,

I recently installed ArcGIS 10.3 but had to uninstall and re install ArcGIS 10.0 with sp5. The install went fine but now I cannot open any of my MXDs. It gives the error: "The program can't start because ArcGISFileHelperLibEx.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". How do I accomplish this?
