Survey123 Studio - Webhook's Not Working

I have been exploring the new Survey123 Mobile and Survey123 Studio. I created a survey using Survey123 Studio and setup a Power Automate webhook on it. When I submit a form response using the classic Survey123 app the webhook is triggered. If I submit with the new Survey123 Mobile app, it does not trigger the webhook at all.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Specifically what type of webhook are you using within Power Automate? Survey123 Mobile does not support Survey123 webhooks. You must use the ArcGIS feature service webhooks instead.

ArcGIS feature service webhooks has significant random delays, is this being addressed?

I did use the are you referring to the when a feature is added ArcGIS Webhook or when a survey is submitted ArcGIS Webhook. I am not using the old Survey123 webhook.
