Survey 123 is not my strong suite when it comes to agol. But I have created a template in Survey 123 Connect, that triggers power automate and emails a user a scope of work map. I started have issues with imagery rendering on final pdf or word docx templates we have created. Users draw a polygon geometry in a S123 form for a scope of work. Everything is fine when you use the form, but the final map is not filled out with imagery. Large white space is on the edge of map. We have not changed the size of the image in the template or anything. I can download the map in the Survey 123 website and still have the issue. I originally thought it might be something with power automate.
The S123 form was created in Survey 123 Connect, if that matters at all. See attached screen shot for quick example.
