Currently Storymap briefings do not seem to allow you to add a hyperink to an image. This feature does exist in the normal version of storymaps. Would love to be able to do this within a briefing. I use briefings pretty heavily for GIS workshops and presentations and I think this is a feature that would add value.
@BenjaminMittler - Thanks for the suggestion. We will look into this. Just a caveat, configuring an image with a link would eliminate the ability for the image to be expanded, similar to how things work in a story.
As workaround, you can add a caption to an image in briefings (in the image options), and the caption can be formatted with a link. So that might work as an alternate treatment to associate a link with an image in a compact way.
