Add additional general inline variable substitution shortcuts.

According to the Model Builder documentation there are certain inline variable subs that are already available such as %t% which gives the current datetime in YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format. It would be nice to have additional shortcuts such as %d% for YYYYMMDD or %Home% for the home directory of the project.
