We have added more RAM to a portal server but the 2025.1 Monitor still showing the previous memory total in host overview page. I have manually run observer but it didn't update RAM total. One of the portals D drive total is also not updating after increate. How do I update component attributes (not metrics) ?

I hope you are well.
Have you tried going to the Observers and looking for the Inventory - Host Windows? Is it enabled and healthy?
If that looks fine, you should run the Inventory Observer manually (not the Metrics observer)
After running it, wait a few minutes once it is finished and you should be able to see the updated values.

Thanks. I did run but it didn't update. There are tons of error - "Failed to process result for observer 58". Both Monitor server and Monitor agent machines have been rebooted.
My recommended next step would be to confirm that the ArcGIS Monitor Agent service account still meets all the prerequisites for monitoring.
The following prerequisites are necessary for monitoring Windows hosts:
The Windows host must be running a version of the Windows operating system that is supported by Microsoft.
The ArcGIS Monitor account must be part of the Windows Performance Monitor Users group.
