Can any one please tell me how to convert a shapefile with the attributes to CAD I am usung ARCGIS 10.2.2
I tried thru converting the shape file to geodatabase and label it but it does not allocate in it's correct location
not being in the correct location probably means that the file doesn't have, or has an incorrect coordinate system. They are two separate issues.
