Best interpolation tool for transport nodes?

Hi,

I am an student and I am working on a final grade proyect, and I am looking for a the best tool to make an interpolation.

First thing, I had the metro and bus nodes (shape(point)) with their level of importance depending on the number of travelers.

I would like to get a shape (polygon) with areas of importance.

Which is the best interpolation tool to get this layer?

interpolation is not the tool.  Your bus stops are fixed in space...by interpolation you will be calculating  Z values (number of travellers) for locations (X, Y) that don't have / can't have bus stops.  There a variety of things that you can do, all of which depends upon your ultimate goal
