Survey123 report error in Enterprise: BUG-000174738

Question

I am getting this error message, “Error code 504: An error occurred while saving the report template” is returned when generating a sample template report or loading one of my own reports in my ArcGIS Survey123 Enterprise setup.   According to the BUG-000174738 number, there is a BETA version available that supposedly fixes this.

However, I am limited to not being able to use this beta version due to our security protocols.   Has anyone found a fix, or are we at the mercy of Esri's updates?

I understood your situation, the only workaround posted by esri was as cited in the error report.  Perhaps others have found another one.

Sorry, Dan.  I appreciate the response.

I needed to clarify my post.  I can't use the beta version due to my security settings.  So I am in need of a workaround or for an update on Esri to fix this bug in the Enterprise version.
