Error when tryng to create new Experience Builder

I need to create a new Experience Builder web app, which has normally worked fine, but now when I (or a colleague) tries to create one we get this error:

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas for a solution.

Just tried again and was able to create a new experience. Yeah! Must have been a temporary bug.

Yesterday, I experienced the exact same problem. Used to work fine now I get the exact same error.
