I am trying to make a form in Survey123 to collect contractor feedback on a linear infrastructure project. The goal is to get them to tell us improvements that would make the project more feasible or cheaper to build. I want them to be able to review the project in the field and submit Survey123 forms to provide feedback on specific locations. The form is simple with just name, location, date/time, photo (optional), audio (optional), and comment fields. For the location, I want to have a basemap that provides the project alignment with aerial imagery and stationing, plus additional information like landowners, road names, etc. I have the feature classes all set up. I need this to work offline because cell service is spotty. I created a mobile map package and it downloads in the survey ok, but there is no aerial imagery behind my feature classes. I read that I needed to create tile packages, but the ones I made are blank (although 3.3gb) and not sure we can afford the credits for that size of storage in AGOL. Any ideas on what I can do to make the offline maps work in Survey123?
