How to Remove Label Rotation

I have labels that are numbers in a web map.

How can I make these labels not have rotation? The 6 and 9s can be confusing to distinguish.

I don't think there is a native way in AGOL. For lines it seems to follow the geometry. You could create a point layer that is used for labels that way they are all up and down.

I face the same issue in my water main layer.

More basic functionality still not implemented. Sure is exhausting.
