I'm trying to find some accident reconstruction symbol styles for symbology. They need to look similar to the examples below, with a over head look. Doe anyone know of any free style downloads that look similar.
@ChaceCarpenter check this website out - esri has a bunch of styles you can download to add to Pro.

We dont have this exact set but you can create your own symbol galleries in Map Viewer a couple of ways
1) Publishing a web style from a desktop style in ArcGIS Pro: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/use-published-2d-symbols-in-arcgis-online
2) Add each image in Map Viewers symbol styler: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/upload-images-to-style-point-symbols-in-map-viewer
