Glad to hear you've registered your GIS Day event!

You cannot share your Esri Personal Use license with anyone else; it is for your individual use only. However, with the two remaining ArcGIS for Personal Use subscriptions, we encourage you to give these to other event planners or have them as prizes for your GIS Day event.
