Switch Data view to layout view symbol and label font size become very small

Hello all,

Everything looks fine in my ArcGIS dataview. But when I switched to layout view the symbols and label become supper tinny. This issue did not show up before. Could anyone let me know if there is any solution? Please see my attachment for example.
