Changing a text background color in Reports based on an attribute's field value

I'm using Field Maps to gather environmental construction inspection field data, and then using ArcGIS Pro to create a report. The only thing I can't figure out is some way to color a background based upon the inpsection_risklevel field. It should be purple for "Low", yellow for "Moderate", and red for "High".

I've dug through the forums but it seems not not have been solved.

I'm also trying to figure out how to get a separate map page to show immediately after the details page, they all show at the end of the report in a lump.
