Publish to vector tile lose line data

I have a shapefile in Pro which has lines and they all show as per below

But after publishing to AGOL as a vector tile it loses some of my lines as shown below in my red circles.

Why is that?

Have you tried to convert the shapefile into a feature class in ArcGIS Pro and publish, does this hold the symbology better once published?
