Can ESRI please add a functionality where the ESRI dashboard reset button also resets URL parameters? The current behavior is undesirable where a dashboard link with URL parameters cannot be properly reset when clicking the reset button.
It's a great idea but you should stick this in the Ideas channel.
A workaround could be: make a rich text box underneath the legend, with a clean url without the parameters, labeled it "Refresh"
