Please add Map Layers as an element in Dashboards

Please add Map Layers to the list of available elements in Dashboards for users to easily toggle map layers on and off. New users to Dashboards don't know to click the layer visibility icon in the map. It would be easier for new users and a non-mapmaking audience to toggle layers on and off if Map Layers had its own dedicated space as an individual element in the Dashboard. I'd want to place the Map Layers element above the Map Legend Element.

I've agreed with this, but I'd much rather see Dashboards getting a bit of a visual refresh / modernisation as I'm "fed up" of folk asking me to create PowerBI dashboards for them 😉
