Mobile Workers Cannot See Org's BaseMap Gallery in S123

Hi! As the title states, user types of mobile workers cannot see the organization's basemap gallery in Survey123. If the user type is creator, all basemaps are visible. What setting am I missing?

The solution to this was to add the specific user to our custom BaseMaps group!

The solution to this was to add the specific user to our custom BaseMaps group!

As a work around, I can configure the basemaps with linked content in Survey123 Connect. It remains strange that mobile workers cannot view the organizational defaults for basemaps.
