Popups: Related Records: Set display name of the record?

Question

I'm experimenting with the new Related Records popup element.

I've added the points to my map and added the element. The related records table is not in the map.

The related recrods are using some display field that is null in most cases. I'd like to change it to a different field, such as Date, which is also the way I've set the records to be sorted.

How can I change the display field here?

You should be able to add the table to the map and configure it there, like you would in ArcGIS Online?

If it's hard coded to the source data file that sounds like a teething issue with the initial releases of related elements.

That's what I was afraid of.

You'd think that you would be able to set that in the Arcade Definition for that element...

You need to update the layer properties by adding it to the project first.

You cannot configure the display field at a database level. It'll default to the first field with name in it, or some other field.
