layer visibility to only group members but not even admins

Can we make layer to be visible to only group members but not even admins who are not part of that group in ArcGIS Portal?

Is this possible by any chance?

Hi @codethemap unfortunately you cannot completely prevent admins from accessing content, even if the item is shared only with a specific group.
