Survey123 - Microsoft Power Automate Flow 'When_a_survey_response_is_submitted' failed - Resource Not Found

I set up a Microsoft Power Automate flow about a month ago to send out emails automatically when a Survey123 response is submitted. It randomly quit working last week. I rebuilt the flow and created a new connection to AGOL. The flow once again failed with the same error on the Power Automate side. On the Power Automate side, I am seeing the error 'When_a_survey_response_is_submitted' failed - Resource not found. Here is my webhook info:

 

I am guessing this is more of a Microsoft issue, but was wondering if any other Survey123 users have experienced this.

Does this happen after you change the schema of the Survey feature? At least for Make I have to regenerate the Webhook if I change the Schema or it doesn't function.
