Add mouse hover behaviors on features

Add the possibility to have mouse hover behavior for features displayed in a map. Like enlarge the symbology, highlight, etc.

Users aren't always aware that they can click on a feature in a map and therefore won't use the pop-up. Having a hover behavior would encourage the user to click the feature.

@RowanTaylor you can setup the Basic app to support hover behavior.

This would be really helpful - I've made a large area map and I really want a mouse hover feature to show users which polygons are interactive!

I wasn't seeing the layer with the hover pop-up, now I do. All works!

@BernSzukalski we tested on a few different machines and devices and are able to successfully open the app and hover. What are you seeing? Is it opening but hover not working?

I know this isn't quite what you were asking for but you can create an instant app like the Media app that allows you to enable hover popups. Here's an example:
