Toolbox not working

Hi Everyone:

I have installed ArcGIS 10.2.2 in a computer Lab and the toolbox doesn't work for any of them. Once you click in the toolbox you wait forever and never shows up. Is it a microsoft problem? I remember that with another versions for some reason you had to set microsoft as the default program.
