Space Planner Error : Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'layerServerGens')

Question

Hi all,

I'm working on creating my first plan in the Space Planner app. After selecting a map and configuring the filterable features, I proceeded to the "New Plan" step. However, I encountered an error that says: "Unable to create plan, cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'layerServerGens')."

Has anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions for a solution?

Did you create the Indoors database model in an enterprise geodatabase before trying to create a new plan?

@BegumBolukbas  I've run into this issue often, usually after overwriting my Indoors layer from ArcGIS Pro after the Space Planner app has already been configured. The only workaround I've found so far is to go to the item page of the hosted feature layer with your editable layers, click on the Settings tab, then under 'Editing options' disable and re-enable the 'Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features)' option. This clears the change log and seems to resolves whatever discrepancy is causing the error.
