One thing I am missing - are there any requirements for input data for RulesCadidate.csv - coming to "Migrate to Utility network" and then to "Analyze Network data" - as in the case for subnetwork controller - where as I understand some fields are required to the Import tool populates the "controllers.csv".
Are some field required before the UN goes to Analyze tool for the tool populate the "RuleCandidates.csv" you mentioned above?
I am asking because on my case while the import tool made the basic set of connectivity rules in the UN, the RuleCandidates.csv is empty after the analysis.
Or this candidates are created just in case when no rules exists, and so when I use the default output from the import, I can´t get the candidates since there are no "missing rule" errors?
