Sidebar Instant Apps Measure Tool Not Working

Question

Hi,

Using the sidebar instant app the measurement button does not work. Click on it then no interactivity clicking the map.

Using Enterprise v 11.3

Is there anything that should be configured other than enabling measure tool that I am missing?

The Measure tool is working again in 11.3. Not sure what fixed it.

I ran a quick test using Enterprise 11.3 and can't repro. If you open the developer tools for your browser and look at the console do you see any errors? Is this happening in all browsers?  Here's some info on how to open the dev tools if you haven't done so before: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn_web_development/Howto/Tools_and_setup/What_are_browser_developer_tools

I am also seeing the issue in 11.3 using Instant App Sidebar apps. It stopped working a about 3 weeks ago. I attached what happens. Simple you click the measure tool icon and another icon opens up with two arrows.
